The raw material is imporrtant because during the process of elaboration is necesary to use diferent types of grapes, because they give flavor and aroma to pisco. The pisco is considered a flagship product, because they are many theories that say that the pisco was created in Peru but isn`t confirmed, also because the pisco is produced here.

The grapes, are important in the elaboration of pisco since it is the main raw material and the different varieties give dinferent and unique flavors to this product. This product is considered a flagship product because of its distinctive flavor, the products used are 100% peruvianns and Peru`s spices and food are one of the most delicious and flavored in the world
